Varoom: Map of Knowledge

In this piece for the UK Illustration magazine, Varoom, the theme was "Knowledge". So I decided to create a map with placenames all in the theme of knowledge, ignorance, learning and stupidity. This would be a very popular item for sale, but a few years after making it I was looking at a favourite children’s book “The Phantom Tollbooth” and realized I unwittingly stole some of the ideas from this map from there. Mortified I am now unwilling to sell copies.
