I overprinted the cards in silver with a message that said, “From me wherever I am, to you wherever you are.”
Assigning the right card to the right person became complex. And some of these I was very, very fond of.
To make matters more complicated, many of them had been used, and, as noted previously, I love found letters.
(I also made a custom stamp for the backs of the cards.)
